Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Salary: $20.00/hour
Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Main Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and supervise staff to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
2.Ensure staff are trained in job duties, customer service, sanitation, and safety procedures.
3. Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain health and safety regulations.
4. Organize, maintain, and control inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
5. Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
6. Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
7.Balance cash, complete reports, and maintain financial records
Requirements:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent
Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in food industry
Language: English
